It's also my favorite way to use jam that didn't set all the way. Mix 1 Tbsp jam, with a bit of vinegar (I use red wine vinegar) and oil and there you go!

It's also a great addition to a homemade dressing - nothing beats a basil vinagrette!
I've also heard that you can easily pit cherries with a pastry tip. So no need to buy a special pitter!
