Bwaha. I think it's adorable. (And Albino_Mag, one of the reasons I like it is because it has eyes.)

That bed makes me very nervous. But I have though of using lucite legs on the bed to get a similar effect. Has anyone done this? What did you think?

I think you have my dream kitchen--turquoise and white and checkerboard and glass-front cabinets. And your plants do look amazingly happy. Just lovely all around. (And I admire your hubby for being...

You had me at the hex tile with house number. I don't see hoarding anywhere here though--it all looks clean and lovely.

I agree with paintitbright. The frames are not the problem with this space (it certainly doesn't seem like a "home"). I like frames for their sculptural aspects, and I think the tone-on-tone thing ...

On one side of my bed I have a beautiful vintage mirrored nightstand with two small drawers that are perfect for holding bedside sundries (glasses, lip balm, kleenex, and so on). On t...

When I bought my co-op I compromised having a lovely view (I traded a leafy backyard for a busy, squat stretch of Broadway) in order to have oodles of sunlight pouring in for hours. U...

These are much much better than the last black bedroom post (which is not a passive aggressive way of saying there have been posts like this before). I even like the second one, though the colors a...

Are those actually antlers in a carry bag? The mind boggles. I do love the Moroccan wedding blanket (am I right about that?) thrown over the ottoman in the living room.

The chair is okay but I want that sweet kitty.

I actually don't dislike these either, but my general rule is that everything is better with window film. I think you could get a really cool effect by using decals as stencils in plain frosted film.

Also I think a mirror that size would be incredibly heavy--would it even be safe to hang it from the rafters? I agree that is scrim of some kind and that it is beautiful.

Eminently practical for those of us who like sparkly things and don't cook.

That bathroom is dreamy. And I love the Escherness of the reflected stairs.

That shot of the bedroom is sublime.

Delicious.

Looks like it's going to be a good year.

I love, love the EZ ones.
