Seriously one of the best reasons to own a dutch oven. SUCH a great recipe.

I use them in spice form quite often. It is great to have a little bag full in the spice box.

I LOVE Black beans. I keep some in the fridge to just throw into quesadillas or scrambled eggs. Here are a couple of other recipes too.

This recipe has been making the Healthy Living Blogs. I haven't tried it yet because I like the real stuff :)
I use my french press with the 1/3 coffee to 1 1/2 cups of water ratio for overnight ice coffee and it is perfect every time for me.
