I love homemade veggie stock! and feel so good being able to use my veggie scraps to do so. Store bought just tastes wrong now that I've been making homemade.
after YEARS of fears of slaying little yeasty beasties - I FINALLY made bread and got over the bread dread. The first time was okay... the second was pretty good... I'm still working on Awesome :)
