It is a great idea, and incredibly funtional while one of the kids is a wee babe.
And yes, loft beds are an excellent option, however, that crib is essentially in the hall to the loft stairs....
I just wanted to add that when we visited friends for the evening when our second was wee (as in not even rolling over so no hazards), we frequently slept in the bathtub.
I just make sure they're put back in the bag every few days. My boys, at 2 and 5, are pretty good at keeping them together. I even keep the bag in their room, right next to our own books. Hows t...
Because clearly sarahrae is suggesting you teach the kids to play russian roulette.
I had no idea of the dangers involved with chubby bunnies. There are ways to share knowledge without flyin...
smileygirl,
that little light is from IKEA.
We have two of them and I love them. They are sort of silicone (I think) and turn on with a little push to the head. They plug in and can b...
I use an old vanity that was a wedding gift to my grandparents nearly 63 years ago as a change table/drawers.
It desperatley needs to be refurbished, but I will wait until it has a more suita...
Cleaning.
Plus I really like organizing the pantry. I feel guilty over the amt of stuff that doesn't get eaten, but if I can sort it all out I feel so much more clear headed.
It says there are 9 comments, but for some reason none of them are showing up.
At any rate, all I was going to say is that I have neither a bar in my kitchen, nor a penis cake pan on display ...
I'm sort of indifferent. It kind of makes me think of a barbie house.
I'd prefer my neighbours to have this house than a house that was "normal" but poorly maintained, especially in such clo...
To be honest, I wouldn't worry too much about sharp corners. You're not likely to leave the bathroom door open and baby/toddler won't be in there alone anyway.
Looks great!
I probably do spend too much time online when my kids are around, but much of it is doing stuff that needs to be done. I'd prefer to do my banking while they eat lunch than drag them to the bank. ...
A great space saver I agree, but I hate not having a place to put my knees. Kids have bad enough ergonomical habits as it is, this will do nothing to help.
Seems like a regular diaper wipe would do the same job.
And if you EC you aren't going to buy these either.
I do not, and hopefully never will, understand the attraction to single use o...
JaxByDefault;
You've been to parties where you've been expected to gift the mom as well as the child?? Surely this must be cultural, I've never heard of such a thing.
As an adult, no. But I do try to have a few ideas when people ask what I'd like for my b-day. This year I told my mom I'd like a new griddle. Not exactly glamorous, but something I need anyway.
The over the head onesies are horrible for wee little ones who are still so bendy, and much worse, have those poo-splosions. No one want to peel those over someones head, much less have it pulled ...
The only problem I've had with storing and labelling kids clothes is that my two boys are born in totally opposite Canadian seasons. One July, one February, and another to arrive in May. I can so...
Canadian here. We always take our shoes off at home and do the same at others homes.
Even in the summer I will often kick off my flip flops if I'm running into the house.
My grandpa ...

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a Canadian who would think it a good idea to keep gas cans in the house, right next to the fireplace, no less ;)

One norwex enviro cloth for cleaning everything, and one norwex window cloth for all windows and chrome. Oh, and water. Done.
