this would be perfect for me! i have an espresso machine but don't always want to clean the wand and milk container just for 1 serving of milk!!

I actually made Simply recipe's muffins, and then made a fritatta with fresh herbs and zucchini:
My favorite way to eat them is to let it sit out for a couple of weeks. they get all soft and gooey and the seeds disappear! :) It is one of my favorite fall fruits!

Be careful when cooking these... they cook super fast! I would even suggest cooking them for 3 minutes, then...
