I've been on a fried egg sandwich kick lately, and my fave one is a fried egg with fresh basil leaves, tomato slices, butter and salt & pepper on toasted french bread.
I, too, only buy unsalted butter. Why would I need salt in the butter when I add salt to dishes separately? I suppose my choice is for health reasons, but I've never had a problem using it in bakin...
