just an addedd comment re: mrkhernan's comment about carter sofas. i have 3 carter sofas, and do consider them to be higher quality than rowe. carter has superior selection of fabrics too.

I've worked in 2 furniture stores selling Rowe, and I think the quality is mid to high range. Any problems with ordering could be the fault of the store you purchase from, or just a random mistake....
