I gave cute notecards for Christmas, and Starbucks cards for the end of the year. Before the school year started I had the teachers fill out a questionnaire about favorite candy, drinks, stores, e...

What a clever idea!

Thanks for all the kind words! It was a hard decision to distress the edges for me, as I'm also usually not a fan of the pre-distressed look, but I figured I give it a shot and if I hated it, could...

I'm a mom of twins and I understand your anxiety! Grab hold of some cardboard boxes big enough for them to climb in and out of on their own. This will keep them busy for quite a while. Throw in ...

Thanks so much for the helpful and encouraging advice everyone! I'm excited about getting started now.

I would recommend relocating the three small shelves and doing something big and bold on that wall. Something with storage options, though, because soon you are going to have toys coming out of yo...

My girls' pre-k teacher built a cool feature in her classroom. She used PVC and sheer fabric to build an area that feels secluded for the kids but still lets adults supervise what's going on insid...

We have neighbor kids ringing the doorbell constantly. If that would work I would buy it!

We looked in to having ours sandblasted and powder-coated but that seemed too expensive for our large units. In the end, we bought a grinder and removed all the paint and rust from the outside and ...

Love, love, love the animal artwork and black frames. Wish they were mine! Great work here.
